Will my child's information stay private?

Yes, and we keep this specific. Your child's IEP and notes are locked to your private account, so no other family can see them, and we never sell, share, or rent your data. Claudia runs on Anthropic's Claude, which does not use your information to train its AI. Everything is encrypted, and you don't have to upload anything to start. The document upload is always optional.

Can Claudia make up the law?

No. Claudia can't invent a legal citation. She only quotes from a verified library of real special education law, pulled word for word from the actual government regulation, federal or Washington state. Every citation links to the real .gov source so you can check it yourself. If a question falls outside that verified library, Claudia tells you she doesn't have a confirmed source, instead of guessing, and points you to official resources.

On evaluation questions, she explains what assessments are commonly used and then makes clear that the qualified professional running the evaluation decides what your child specifically needs.

What if my school only shares paper documents?

Snap a photo of any paper IEP, 504 Plan, note sent home, or anything else you want on record. Claudia reads it, including scanned and handwritten pages, in Documents or your Daily Log, and helps you understand every section.
